PCG is looking to add a top of the line Finance and and Accounting Recruiter to our growing team!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Utilize relationships with clients and candidates to network and grow business
  • Recruit professionals for positions by direct sourcing calls, networking and Internet research
  • Maintain strong client partnership through continued follow-up
  • Develop client relationships with new companies
  • Solicit job orders for a wide range of professionals

Job Qualifications:

  • BA/BS or relevant work experience
  • Prior finance experience is a MUST
  • Proven track record of recruiting or, alternatively, a strong sales background
  • Proficient computer skills including, but not limited to, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Outstanding follow-up skills with attention to detail
  • Highly effective communicator
